Getting started
What areas do you service?+
We serve Las Cruces and nearby Dona Ana County communities, including ZIP codes 88001, 88003, 88004, 88005, 88006, 88007, 88011, 88012, and 88013. If you are close to the route, ask - we are always evaluating new neighborhoods.
How do I sign up for service?+
Use the online booking form anytime or call or text us at (575) 642-3644. We will confirm your address, yard details, preferred frequency, and start timing.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?+
No. Residential service is designed to stay flexible, with no long-term contract required.
Your service visit
How often do you come to clean?+
Choose twice-weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or a one-time cleanup based on your yard and number of dogs.
Do you take the poop with you when you leave?+
Yes. We scoop it, bag it, and haul it away so you do not have to deal with it afterward.
Do I need to be home during service?+
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard and current gate instructions, you can go about your day.
What happens if my dog is in the yard?+
Please tell us about your pets during signup. For the safest, calmest visit, secure dogs that may be protective, anxious, or likely to slip through a gate.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Call or text us and we will work with the route schedule to find the next practical option.
Cleanliness and add-ons
Do you offer additional services?+
Yes. Ask about sanitizer and deodorizer treatment for patios, turf, kennels, and other high-use pet areas.
How do you help prevent cross-contamination?+
Our service standard includes cleaning tools between yards and handling waste carefully before it is removed from the property.
Do you provide one-time cleanups?+
Yes. One-time yard resets are available for buildup, events, seasonal catch-up, or a fresh start before recurring service.
